A massive thank you to Now on Earth for granting me a sum of money to cover a significant proportion of the costs of the 5 summits challenge.
The Now on Earth Youth Adventure Grant 'is aimed at supporting young adults (18-24) who wish to undertake an adventurous expedition, and small charitable/grass roots organisations that take young people on outdoor adventure experiences.'

My plan is to start hiking on Sunday the 6th of June and complete the fifth and final mountain on the Thursday.
I will climb them in the follow in order: Asahi 1; Fuji 2; Aso 3; Ishizuchi 4; Yonaha 5.
