Having planned on doing a half marathon twice in recent months, it seems unlikely that I haven't run since mid-December.
As soon as my knee injury had heeled, I twisted my ankle bouldering which has kept me off the track since.
However, I have been able to complete 3 hikes in successive days. (Albeit hiking with one dodgy ankle gave me another)
Of the three, the notable one was Har Shlomo, Tzfat, Israel which takes most groups 3-7 hours to complete. Once hiking, it was clear that it was going to be much easier than anticipated, completing the trail in 2.5 hours, of which a cumulative hour was spent waiting for the tail end of the group.
The climb was tough towards the peak, where the rocks were steep and jagged, but thoroughly enjoyable and provided a great view of the area.
